“Sada sahayate” (सदा सहायते) is a devotional line in Hindi and Marathi meaning “always my helper”, written after the name of a deity: शिव सदा सहायते, कृष्ण सदा सहायते or हनुमंत सदा सहायते. People use it as a WhatsApp or Instagram name, a status line, or lettering on a vehicle. The styles below keep the Devanagari letters exactly as written and add only devotional symbols — trident, flute, peacock feather, saffron flag — out of respect for the words.
Shiv Sada Sahayate text style (शिव सदा सहायते)
शिव सदा सहायते means “Shiva is always my helper”. It pairs naturally with Shiva’s symbols — the trident 🔱, rudraksha beads 📿, the damru drum 🪘 and ॐ — and with the call हर हर महादेव.
Krishna Sada Sahayate stylish text (कृष्ण सदा सहायते)
कृष्ण सदा सहायते means “Krishna is always my helper”. Krishna’s styles use his own emblems: the flute 🪈, the peacock feather 🦚 and the lotus 🪷, often with राधे or श्री before the name.

Hanumant Sada Sahayate stylish name (हनुमंत सदा सहायते)
हनुमंत सदा सहायते means “Hanuman is always my helper”; Hanumant is the Marathi and Sanskrit form of the name. The saffron flag 🚩 and the orange heart 🧡 are the usual accents, and बजरंगबली (Bajrangbali) is a popular alternative name.

Devotional symbols to add
Use one or two of these around any deity’s name. We leave out weapons, skulls and joke symbols that some generators add — they do not belong beside a prayer.
Sada Sahayate meaning and spellings
| Phrase | Transliteration | Meaning | Deity’s symbols |
|---|---|---|---|
| शिव सदा सहायते | Shiv Sada Sahayate | Shiva is always my helper | 🔱 📿 ॐ 🪘 |
| कृष्ण सदा सहायते | Krishna Sada Sahayate | Krishna is always my helper | 🪈 🦚 🪷 |
| हनुमंत सदा सहायते | Hanumant Sada Sahayate | Hanuman is always my helper | 🚩 🧡 |
सदा (sada) means “always” and सहायते (sahayate) “helps / is the helper”. Devanagari has no bold or cursive letters in Unicode, so the phrase itself is never changed — only the frame around it. If a symbol shows as an empty box, that phone is missing the font for it; the Devanagari text still copies correctly.
Sada Sahayate FAQ
What does “sada sahayate” mean?
It means “always helps” or “is always the helper”. Written after a deity’s name — शिव सदा सहायते — it says that god is always there to help you.
Is it Hanuman or Hanumant sada sahayate?
Both refer to the same deity. हनुमंत (Hanumant) is the form most often used with “sada sahayate”, especially in Marathi; हनुमान (Hanuman) is the common Hindi form.
Can I use these on WhatsApp and Instagram?
Yes. The Devanagari text and the symbols are plain Unicode, so they paste into a WhatsApp name or about line and an Instagram name. The Instagram @username does not accept Devanagari or symbols.
Why are there no fancy fonts for the Hindi letters?
Unicode only has bold, cursive and similar styled letters for the Latin alphabet. For Devanagari the style comes from the symbols and spacing around the words, which is why the Latin transliterations are also offered in fancy fonts.
